Orders typically ship within 5 business days. They are shipped via Fedex which takes 2-5 business days to arrive to most destinations. I try my best to adhere to 5 business days processing time, and usually orders ship on time. If you are concerned with an item arriving for a particular date, please email me immediately after purchase and we can make sure you receive your piece when you need it. 

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the email address or phone number you entered at checkout.

If a ring purchased requires resizing before shipping (if this is possible it will be noted in the product description), it will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.


I ship anywhere in the world, so please know your country’s policies and customs fees. This may mean you have to pay customs duties or import fees.



Handmade jewellery is precious and should be treated as such. Care for your jewelry as you would any precious object.

Avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewellery (example wearing a ring whilst doing weights at the gym) and remove for swimming, showering, applying lotion, playing sports, hand washing, etc. Some chemicals found in perfume, sprays, and other cosmetics can damage certain stones or cause surface tarnishing on metals. 

The best way to clean is to soak in warm soapy water, then using a soft toothbrush, gently clean to remove any built up dirt. Allow to fully dry before wearing. 



I construct my pieces with the utmost care and high quality materials. They are built to last lifetimes, but all jewellery occasionally needs some TLC. Should that need arise, please contact me via email (, with explanation and photos of the damage or issue. Certain repairs and tune-ups I am happy to take myself, while others will be outsourced to my trusted repair shop. This, along with cost and timeline, is assessed on a case by case basis.
