Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you and ship within 3 weeks — the timeline is noted on each product page.

I ship via DHL to most destinations worldwide. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via the email or phone number you entered at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping, and ship from Florence, Italy.

If you need a piece by a specific date, email me straight after ordering and I’ll do my best to make it work.

Duties and taxes for your destination are included in your order total — no surprises at the door.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Handmade jewellery deserves a little looking after. Remove pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes — some chemicals can affect stones and metal surfaces over time. To clean, soak briefly in warm soapy water and use a soft toothbrush to gently remove any buildup. Dry fully before wearing.

REPAIRS

My pieces are made to last. But if something ever needs attention, get in touch at celeste@celestedematteis.com with a photo and a description of the issue. I’ll assess it and let you know what’s possible, along with any costs and timeframes.
